1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rbajer" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at rbajer.ws and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by you on the rbajer platform.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the rbajer platform in any capacity.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, payment processing, and any other feature provided through rbajer.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in your rbajer account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus balance credited to your account and subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all rbajer operational purposes.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with rbajer or by using any part of the rbajer Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

rbajer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the rbajer platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of rbajer is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or close family member of an rbajer employee, contractor, or associated entity;
• You have not been self-excluded from rbajer or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any active cooling-off period.

rbajer may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds. Accepted documents include nationally issued identity cards, passports, and bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration and Management

To access the rbajer Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. rbajer is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to keep account information up to date.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account. rbajer uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rbajer reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate associated bonus funds. Real-money balances in confirmed duplicate accounts may be returned to the original registered payment method at rbajer's discretion after investigation.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any transaction, bet, or activity undertaken using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of who physically performed the action.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All monetary amounts on the rbajer platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rbajer does not operate in any other currency at this time.

Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. rbajer does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same account or mobile wallet used for the deposit. rbajer applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by method but rbajer targets same-day processing for verified accounts during BST business hours. rbajer reserves the right to carry out additional checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

rbajer does not accept payments from or to third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

rbajer offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All promotions are subject to individual terms published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all rbajer promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and identity verification;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method;
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn — the specific multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms;
• rbajer reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice;
• Where rbajer determines that a user is exploiting bonus offers, or engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting, or arbitrage betting strategies, rbajer reserves the right to void bonus-related winnings and restrict future access to promotions;
• Bonus funds cannot be used to fulfil the minimum deposit requirement for another bonus.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All casino games offered on the rbajer platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the individual rules published within the game interface. rbajer is not responsible for any technical faults or errors originating within the game studio's software infrastructure, though rbajer will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute with the relevant studio on your behalf.

For sports betting markets, rbajer publishes specific rules for each sport including cricket (covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rbajer does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred;
• In the event of a game cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the rbajer platform;
• rbajer reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

rbajer is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all users to treat gambling as a leisure activity and to set personal limits on their spending and time.

rbajer provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your rbajer account;
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based notifications reminding you how long you have been playing;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you believe you have a gambling problem — this action is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

Once a self-exclusion request has been submitted, rbajer will close the account within 24 hours and return any real-money balance to your registered payment method. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rbajer platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and design — is the property of rbajer or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rbajer content without express written permission from rbajer.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rbajer platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbajer and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

rbajer's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by rbajer's gross negligence.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

rbajer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC;
• The account has been used by a person who does not meet the 21+ age requirement;
• rbajer is required to act by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the user, rbajer may confiscate any funds in the account. Where closure is initiated by rbajer for operational reasons unrelated to user breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of rbajer's operating entity. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact rbajer's customer support team in the first instance to seek resolution. rbajer will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 days of the complaint being received.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by rbajer's operating entity. Nothing in this clause prevents rbajer from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
